You Don’t Have To Exercise To Lose Weight!

We spend money on gym memberships, join sports leagues or purchase expensive home gym equipment thinking that this is the thing that is going to get those pounds off!   And then we find that no matter how much time we devote to working out, we still don’t see any results, or, if you are like me, you discover that you really don’t enjoy exercising, and now you’ve wasted a whole lot of money!

It’s true! 

In this video I share my story of struggling with the IDEA of exercise and my unsuccessful attempts at various stages in my life to be more active, leaving me feeling unhappy and dissatisfied.

And yet, I was able to turn that all around, and today  seven years after completing the WildFit 90 day challenge, I am not only 3 dress sizes smaller, but I’m actually more active than ever!
