Have you noticed, over the years, a few pounds being added here, and a few pounds there?  And then, a few aches here and a few aches there?  Well I did!

And then, in September 2016 I watched a video with Eric Edmeades, where he discussed a program called WildFit.  It was guaranteed to change your relationship to food, allow you to release weight, a promise to never go hungry, and all this without having to exercise!  I was convinced right then and there!

I achieved great success over the 90 days and beyond, releasing 40 pounds, and two years later I've still kept it off - no yo-yo diet program here!  On top of that, as a bonus, I have much better energy, aches and pains are gone, and the acid reflux that I suffered from has disappeared!

Today, I live a more active and healthy lifestyle than I ever did before.  My love of this program drove me to become a WildFit coach.  I would love to connect and work with you, to help you achieve those same results.

  • 1 tablespoon coconut o,l:0%25,w:100%25,h:74.96%25/rs=w:540,h:270,cg:trueil
  • 6 cups cauliflower rice (store bought or homemade)
  • 4-5 slices bacon, cut into ½” pieces
  • 1.25 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
  • ½ bunch asparagus, cut into 1” pieces
  • one onion, diced
  • one cup of mushrooms, sliced
  • 2-3 tablespoons Mediterranean spice blend (see below)
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped (optional)

Mediterranean Spice blend

3 Tablespoons dried rosemary

2 Tablespoons dried cumin

2 Tablespoons dried coriander

1 Tablespoon dried oregano

2 Teaspoons ground cinnamon

I use this as a base recipe when I am cleaning out my fridge!  You can pretty much add any meat or vegetables, so get creative!



  1. Melt the coconut oil in a medium sized pan over medium heat. Once melted, add the cauliflower rice to the pan and sauté for 4-5 minutes, or until it’s cooked to your liking. Season with salt & pepper, to taste. Place the cauliflower rice into a clean bowl and set aside.
  2. Add the bacon to the same pan that you cooked the cauliflower rice in, and cook until crispy. Place the bacon on a plate lined with paper towels, leaving the fat in the pan.
  3. Add the chicken to the pan and sauté until cooked through. Add the asparagus, onions, and muschrooms to the pan with the chicken and sauté until cooked to your liking. Drain any fat from the pan. Add the spice blend to the pan and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Layer the bowls with cauliflower rice and top with the chicken, vegetables, bacon, avocado and chives.                                          Enjoy
